Common questions
What does zero-knowledge actually mean?

Your files are encrypted on your device before upload. We hold ciphertext that is useless without your passphrase. We cannot read vault contents. We still hold account email and operational metadata.
What happens if I forget my passphrase?

A lost passphrase cannot be recovered. We cannot reset it. This is the trade-off for genuine privacy: nobody — not even us — can bypass your encryption.
Are there paid plans today?

Not yet. Paid Shield / Longship / Fleet SKUs are not for sale. Today you can request a Verndr Alpha invite or an Eirvr Alpha invite. Desktop waitlists are open for Verndr, Eirvr, and Klarvr — web invite is separate.
Is this a 30-day Stripe trial?

No. There is no credit-card trial and no public self-serve signup. Access is invitation-only.
Do you sell HIPAA or BAA add-ons?

No. We do not claim healthcare certification or offer BAAs. Eirvr is invitation-only Alpha, not a certified health product.
Is there a published audit?

Not today. There is no security whitepaper or third-party audit PDF on this site. Report a concern to admin@verndr.com.
